Dead body at a Halloween party
“Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Damon if you’re around here somewhere and can hear me, I need you right now. Bad.” The sound of the door slamming open made you turn around. Damon was unzipping his pants.
“God damn it, Damon! Not like that!”
“Oh fuck. Is that a body?”
“Yes it’s a fucking body!”
“Eh. That girl was a bitch anyways.”
“Help me!”
“Okay. Okay. At least it’s a Halloween party. It won’t be as suspicious.”
“Why are you being so calm?!”
“Because this was bound to happen! You just finished transitioning. By the way the blood looks hot on you.”
“Damon, shut up!”
He rolled his eyes. “Don’t be such a downer. It’s your favorite holiday after all. Now come on. We’re gonna take the body and bury it at the graveyard in a fresh grave so it isn’t suspicious.” You groaned and grabbed one end of the body while Damon grabbed the other end.
When you got to the graveyard, Damon grabbed a stray shovel and started to dig.
“Maybe I’m not cut out for this vampire stuff. Maybe it would be better if I just-“
The shovel made a loud noise against the ground.
“Don’t even think about that Y/N. Absolutely not. You just need some assistance. You’re not dying on me.” He pulled you into a hug.
“I love you, Y/N. It’s not Katherine. It’s not Elena. It’s you. I’m not letting you go that easily.” He kissed the top of your head.
“You just said-“
“Yeah. Because I do. I know you said you wanted to take things slow, but that’s not me, and I do. I love you.”
“I love you too.”
“Now I’m gonna finish this, and then I’m taking you back to my house.”
When he was finished, Damon took you back to the Salvatore house. “Come on. We’re taking a bath.”
Damon turned the water on and gathered two towels. When he looked back at you, you were crying.
“I killed someone, Damon. She’s dead.”
“It was an accident, Y/N. I’m going to help you get in control of the blood lust and everything will be fine.”
“That won’t bring her back to life!” He gripped your shoulders and looked into your eyes.
“Y/N, I have killed hundreds of people. Do I regret it? Yes, but I didn’t used to. You have killed one person. Everything is going to be okay. You’re going to be okay.” He leaned in a gave you a loving kiss.
You deepened the kiss quickly, slipping your tongue in his mouth. You heard the water shut off behind you and felt Damon lead you into his room. “Screw a bath.” You heard him mutter.
He pushed you on the bed and you gave him a smirk. “So… all senses are heightened huh? Wanna help me test that out?”
“Fuck, you know that I would love nothing more. God you’re so fucking pretty.” Let’s just say it was a long night.
