day off clinic means working/studying at a coffee shop with my friend while a snowstorm swirls outside 🤍
drizzling day outside... i think i will stay at home, study, write in my notebooks, clean my house, order groceries, and go to the gym. cozy is the name of the game today
spring is waking up. my heart flutters like a baby bird, anxious to fly. i want to fly, but there are so many fears that weigh on my wings. i will get eaten alive. i will be mocked by my peers. i will lose all my money, what little i have.
but if i don't try, i will always stay here. safe but alone, burdened by a dream not realised.
i start by hopping. maybe tomorrow i will fly.

gotten really good at suppression. need to work on the retrieval & processing
morning clinic only, clinic notes finished, iced latte at my side, sun on my sunscreened face, chipping away at my anki. i have decided that life is good 🌞
