Congratulations! You made it to the next round of my ask game!
Here is your next question: What is your favourite book? (Pick up to 3, I'm not that cruel)
This is the part where i reveal that i am still such a simple creature. It's the Way of Kings. Is that because i read it the first time when i was 14 depressed and had some sucidal adiation, leading to latching onto Kaladin as the Blorbo of all time. Probably, but i do still think it's Sandersons best proper novel.
The other one that comes to mind is actually the Dreams of the Dying. In part because it resonated with a lot of those similar feelings that the teenage me had but now could be seen by the young adult me. It has the passage i think of for great writing, one that wormed itself directly into my brain where i know that i shared the same experience as the Author because it had such a visceral feeling to it that you had to have experienced it. The last 100 pages of that book were another highlight for me because of how they adressed complicated feelings about love and loss. It's also the only book i have read thrice in three different Versions too so it feels like a journey i took with the book from web publishing to the first edition to later the revised and audiobook version. So yeah it's those two.
