So I ended up making a ko-fi.
Apparently - understandably - profiting on any reader x character or fandom writing commissions is not exactly legal, so that's not an option -but I could always offer drawings, even though admittingly, I'm still much of a beginner.
I'm not in a great financial situation. Having a mortgage but not being able to work for six weeks with a fractured ankle isn't exactly a favourable position. Even working with financial hardship services, there's real risk of going broke before I can get back into working light duties.
I'm not asking for anything. There's nothing I'd hate more, the guilt and shame of e-begging or owing anyone anything. I'm just stating one's been made, and if it gets tips or interest, that's a beautiful act of kindness. If it doesn't - I'll still manage. I'll be okay.
I might set up examples of artwork and open commissions for it in the coming days. for now, I need to rest my head after too many phonecalls.
