Cops should avoid killing when at all possible. They have procedures in order to avoid this, however sometimes people go against the rules and shoot a man with a toy gun multiple times. Sometimes it can be a hate crime and be a cause for change. Other times, however, one may intend to pin a man down and, undeniably, unintentionally kill him. Is this wrong? Yes. Should the cop be convicted of homicide? Yes. Was it a hate crime? Was it another coal in the fire of racially motivated deaths? I don't think so. Sometimes, accidents happen. At the cost of something precious and invaluable. While you may disagree and scream at the legal system, at how this man is a monster and is due a just payment, i would advise you to remember that guilt is a corroding and acidic substance on the mind. The justice system is sure fucked up.
