dont know where can i talk about this without the possibility of letting my friends worried or "errr" about me lol so here

I got violent feelings running inside my body when im stressed (felt like an wild animal why am I like this) (always strong on instinct as if I’m leaning into animal's side, less like a human) ferel frenzy in DBD is probably the closest way to describe it

if I can get this over (exams in next three to four days) I can finally go back to normal ways

(I never act it out, don't worry. i just.. sometimes feel like full of hot blood inside (lol?)

finished therapy today lolololol
