This art is pseudo kinda... dedicated to the anniversary of Infiltrating the Airship. I don't know how to explain this because I'm not good with words so let me try something.
Basically Charles is something that will come along the line. He'll eventually get the modifications, but for now, his old design sticks until this new one comes along.
As for Reginald... he's always looked like that, what are you talking about? jk jk I was hoping to give him a redesign as well, because I thought it would be fitting for him.
