A fatphobic weight loss product bot posted in fat positive tags about their “amazing” weight loss methods you can purchase, and they unironically used this image in their post:

Maybe it used this picture because it’s a bot, but seeing a blog boasting about weight loss then use this image to promote it, an image that screams how diet culture and fatphobia suck a person’s life and autonomy away, is really just...wow. You cannot tell on yourself any harder than that weight loss blog positively using this image to sell you their weight loss products. It also unironically tagged its post “diet culture.”

Healthy changes

Non-scale victories are great and all (and these past couple weeks I've had many of those!) But a scale victory is still pretty awesome, when you're as big as me and haven't lost a thing in a year. I finally feel like I've got it right, now Now I just need to remember what I have been doing this past week and keep doing it lol
