A fatphobic weight loss product bot posted in fat positive tags about their “amazing” weight loss methods you can purchase, and they unironically used this image in their post:

Maybe it used this picture because it’s a bot, but seeing a blog boasting about weight loss then use this image to promote it, an image that screams how diet culture and fatphobia suck a person’s life and autonomy away, is really just...wow. You cannot tell on yourself any harder than that weight loss blog positively using this image to sell you their weight loss products. It also unironically tagged its post “diet culture.”

first of three weeks with my parents to help them renovate almost over, ate a bit sporratically between numerous chores today (unpictured fruits, crêpes and macaroons), didn't expect to still be in deficit, but oddly enough...

‐2.3kaygies down so I'm only ‐0.2 away from my LW (I can realistically get under 70 this summer for sure now). Just hit 84h, which was my previous record and I'm not hungry or craving anything anymore so... onwards I guess

40°C today, things are cooling down, this weekend it should be back around 30°C, which is great because I have date sunday and another one monday.

things are settling back into perspective now that the foodw8's off; I still gained a full kaygie during my mid-june indulgences, but it could have been worse, I'd have to break my liquid f a s t ! n g record to make it to 71.5 by the end of the month though.

–> tomorrow: 41°C + working 8 to 6, wish me luck
