Transformers: Prime Autobots and the irrational fears I think they would have:

This is my first fandom post don’t come at me pretty please 😚 I wrote this just for fun on a whim.
Ultra Magnus: Tryphanophobia. Fear of needles/getting shots. Big intimidating stoic bot but he has to be distracted while getting shots or else he’ll tense up and break the needle. Not obvious at first glance, but Optimus can usually tell when he’s freaked out. He’s embarrassed about it, obviously. He literally had his servo crushed to pieces but needles are what freaks him out? Ridiculous…
Optimus Prime: okay this is a little silly but mirrors/Eisoptrophobia (fear of one’s own reflection). After he became a Prime, his whole frame changed and he didn’t really recognize himself for a while. Yes angst stuff but also imagine getting up in the middle of the night for a snack or something and you pass a mirror and there’s a stranger. Terrifying. He has since grown used to it as he grew accustomed to his body, but after his reformat in Season 3 it comes back and he keeps startling himself. He’s not terrified, but it definitely catches him off guard sometimes.
Ratchet: Trypophobia. He’s seen literally everything ever bro he’s a medic but holes just… unnerve him, for some reason. It’s a carry over from medical psychosis that all med students get where they worry they have every illness ever: Ratchet kept hearing horror stories about scraplets eating bots and leaving holes all over their body (if they left a body at all) and now every time he sees any clusters of holes he has to take a few deep breaths. Also really unfortunate for him because he’s a medic in a war where the soldiers can survive bullet (blaster) wounds and come to him to fix them up.
Arcee: Arachnophobia. earth spiders. Self explanatory but also she’s like one hundred times their size so it’s a little funny watching her jump twenty feet in the air when she sees one. Tries to play it off cool but will not relax until someone kills it or puts it outside.
Bumblebee: Probably has a lot of fears because his throat was literally ripped out but I said IRRATIONAL fears. I think heights. He really just does terrible with heights. He honestly just gets super flight sick and nauseated if he’s up high or in the air. Ironic considering he’s named after a flying insect. Also probably debunked by something that happened in canon but shhh this is my Headcanon list it’s okay.
Bulkhead: Entomophobia/Bugs. He’s huge and terrified of them getting into the gaps in his platings. In the corner holding Arcee as they both scream over a moderately sized spider while Bumbleebee tries to take it outside. He has had nightmares that bugs laid eggs in his plating and stuff. His fear of them is akin to humans being afraid of fictional aliens laying eggs in them except these aliens are real (albeit harmless to Cybertronians).
Wheeljack: Wheeljack is built different. He hardly fears death I don’t even know what could possibly scare him. Maybe losing his loved ones but that’s not an irrational fear when you’re in the middle of a war. Instead of having an irrational fear I think he just gets really bad anticipatory grief that can leave him really out of sorts for a few days. Bulkhead can usually pull him out of his funk, though.
Smokescreen: CLOWNS/Coulrophobia. I don’t know why but I feel like he would be terrified of clowns. I truly do not have a reason for this I just think it fits him. He doesn’t know either, they just really creep him out for some reason.
