The way that sizing has changed over the years is crazy wdym same weight 5 years ago I was wearing a size 20 but as of current I can wear a 16.....

Healthy changes

Non-scale victories are great and all (and these past couple weeks I've had many of those!) But a scale victory is still pretty awesome, when you're as big as me and haven't lost a thing in a year. I finally feel like I've got it right, now Now I just need to remember what I have been doing this past week and keep doing it lol
