The player trio of The Weirdest Adventure AU everyone!!

Hungry monsters on the ground, angry gods are in the sky. No safe places to be found - We're lost in the world, and the world is freaking awful - we're never gonna make it. Can't go back to any home, camp is way too far away, can't protect my only friends...Who put the fate of the world on three unprepared scared [players]?!

Though nothing would slay its wrath or will, we had to make a stand. Maybe if I stayed behind to fight...But maybe doesn't let me go back. And it's there reminding me...of all I failed to be. You can plan your day, but things always happen in the most random way. The worst and the best, you just gotta get through it. Put your life in random.

When I jump I wanna do it so recklessly. Pride on my face as I watch the world burn. Armed to the teeth with the life lessons learned. When you're on the edge, sometimes you've gotta lose your head, and jump right off into the deep. And I swear to God, that the world is ending, and I'm dancing all night long.

Everything that you experience is because you have chosen to get up again in service to that will. Nothing truly matters until you decide that it does. Submerged beneath, your heart lusts for the ordinary. It’s all about the game, because I make the rules. It might not get much easier (Yet, acceptance doesn't mean defeat).

I like to think of the AU universe essentially as the body, and each one of them are one of the main working portions: the mind, heart, and soul.

For Sabre, I went with Soul, as his stories are the basis for the AU and everything. The faces and places seen are built upon his hands, but he tries to not be seen as anything at all. He does not know if he's all that he needs to be.

For Zero, she's the heart - because that's where her anger against Sabre comes from, and where her care for everyone else does, too. Her will makes the world go 'round, pumping change into the universe itself. She will map out much of the world, and carve it anew.

For IGC, my persona, she is the mind because I am the author here. I am what makes the characters tick, think, and become something more. I am what keeps things flowing, actions taken, and new stories are written in my voice.

Sabre's are the songs The Tree On The Hill (from the Percy Jackson musical) and Random (by Nova//Null). Zero's are, of course, The World Is Ending and Smash Into You, from her playlist. IGC's are Ballista and A Digital Flower Field (from Vylet Pony). The "body's" song is Lost!, also from the PJO musical.

I highly recommend listening to the whole album for the musical and just Vylet Pony in general, they're both fantastic!! :3 Fair warning tho, Vylet has some pretty heavy topics.

Okay experiencing Thoughts again because of one moment in season two of the Steve saga that might kind of relate to tss Hypno and how he views IGC

(This is just a theory,a game theory--)

So we all remember how Alex started acting weird because she heard that voice,yeah? She just started being generally anxious and trying to lead the group somewhere,acting unsurprised at things when they arrived. In general she was being suddenly untrustworthy and Sabre straight up didn't trust her (and blamed her for stuff that wasn't her fault but if I go down that rabbit hole we'll never get to the point)

Here's the thing though. Despite the ominous energy,Hypno DID trust her. Because Hypno is good at reading people.

Like, ABNORMALLY good. His powers help with that but even without them. When Alex was trying to drag them to the mesa area Hypno looks at her and goes "Wait,hang on. I mean I don't have my powers but I can still judge a character! And you seem more scared than anything!"

He clocks it IMMEDIATELY. Drags Sabre off to the side,whispers inside his head to trust Alex because it seems like she's trying to protect them.

And to me,it makes sense that he'd do the same thing with IGC

He doesn't know the full story,not even close,but he's smart and he should definitely be able to tell there's something different about her. But at the same time...IGC hasn't really done anything wrong. She obviously knows more than she's letting on and yeah she has a map,but she also has a scarily good knowledge of where all these locations are in the first place... Despite that,she's basically letting them have free reign. She's guiding them to the locations,but the others are doing what they want in the meantime.

So I feel like Hypno would probably rationalize and be like "Okay. We're traveling with a person who seems to understand everything going on. She knows too much somehow. But she also led the team to me because she knew Zero was looking for me,and she offered help and a plan to get me back to Rainbow,and she did her best to help Light. She seems to care about us. I'll offer her some of my trust...I should probably be keeping an eye on her,though. I won't pry too deep, since she does remind me of that guy,but...she definitely seems interesting."
