Okay experiencing Thoughts again because of one moment in season two of the Steve saga that might kind of relate to tss Hypno and how he views IGC

(This is just a theory,a game theory--)
So we all remember how Alex started acting weird because she heard that voice,yeah? She just started being generally anxious and trying to lead the group somewhere,acting unsurprised at things when they arrived. In general she was being suddenly untrustworthy and Sabre straight up didn't trust her (and blamed her for stuff that wasn't her fault but if I go down that rabbit hole we'll never get to the point)
Here's the thing though. Despite the ominous energy,Hypno DID trust her. Because Hypno is good at reading people.
Like, ABNORMALLY good. His powers help with that but even without them. When Alex was trying to drag them to the mesa area Hypno looks at her and goes "Wait,hang on. I mean I don't have my powers but I can still judge a character! And you seem more scared than anything!"
He clocks it IMMEDIATELY. Drags Sabre off to the side,whispers inside his head to trust Alex because it seems like she's trying to protect them.
And to me,it makes sense that he'd do the same thing with IGC
He doesn't know the full story,not even close,but he's smart and he should definitely be able to tell there's something different about her. But at the same time...IGC hasn't really done anything wrong. She obviously knows more than she's letting on and yeah she has a map,but she also has a scarily good knowledge of where all these locations are in the first place... Despite that,she's basically letting them have free reign. She's guiding them to the locations,but the others are doing what they want in the meantime.
So I feel like Hypno would probably rationalize and be like "Okay. We're traveling with a person who seems to understand everything going on. She knows too much somehow. But she also led the team to me because she knew Zero was looking for me,and she offered help and a plan to get me back to Rainbow,and she did her best to help Light. She seems to care about us. I'll offer her some of my trust...I should probably be keeping an eye on her,though. I won't pry too deep, since she does remind me of that guy,but...she definitely seems interesting."
