Introducing Twila Tower- Tower of Terror

"Good day all, My name is Twila Tower- I'm sure you've heard of me. My ride opened in July of 1994 in Hollywood Studios, and i have since become the parks icon. I am clearly one of the most sophisticated of the attractions, however I am fond of the obscure and bizarre. Just like the ill fated riders of the 1930's I am slightly electrified, so a touch from me is certain to deliver a shock. I look forward to being your favorite attraction here on this... blog... thing. Good day!"

How does Twila feel about the other towers of terror (Tokyo, Paris, California) ??? Are they siblings, cousins, alternate universes??? Also the fact that the California tower was rebranded raises more questions😭🙏

Twila- “How I feel about my fellow towers... Well, Demi Terreur- The tower in Paris- is my cousin, he can be... bluntly off-putting- more-so than I, even. And although I know I am timeless, it is... impressive the changes and additions he’s had to his storyline. I do love our time together, in the limited times we all gather. And Evie Hightower has Tokyo terrified, although it is a shame she doesn’t share our storylines, fear oft needs to take different forms. And I have to say, I am certainly impressed with her shake of things. It is... a shame about my dear sister Holly Tower. She used to be the Tower of California... She fully passed on several years ago. Not long after this little... creature came up to me... claimed to be Galax Break. He claimed to have been Holly’s replacement. Needless to say I turned him away at the door and I don’t speak to him. Although I hear- and this is simply a rumor- that he has a cousin over in Epcot now that people won’t stop fawning over. Spade might have a better sense. Needless to say, the different towers and I get along fairly well, save for the little imposter.”

Hey Twila, what's it like to be 31 years old?

Twila-"Charmed you asked dear. At once it feels like forever while no time has passed. So much has changed in the park around me, and there have been so many experiences... and yet I feel much like I was the day I opened. Is it much too on the nose to say I feel like I might have been sent into the vortex of the twilight zone to maintain my beauty... perhaps but it feels right. The most... impactful part of age has been the change amongst my surrounding attractions and my status as the current icon of Hollywood Studios- a position I am most grateful for. I am glad to still be as relevant as I am- a benefit of being timeless. The best advice I can give... perhaps you should consider taking the stairs, lest you find yourself crossing over into the Twilight Zone."

Does Sally Shine (the little girl from The Twilight Zone Tower of Tower) ever miss her parents and old life, Twila?

Twila- “There... are times, when things get quiet at the end of the night where I find her looking out over the park... I am not... a comforting figure. There is... not much I know to do in these situations. Her stardom continues when my ride is open, she captivates people- even if she is terrifying them. We spend time together, looking over the park on those nights- she tells me stories from before her elevator trip, and I tell her stories I’ve learnt over the years. The days when she feels terrible I take her outside of the tower. My... neighbor, Robbie Roller plays her songs, she plays with the lights around the park... and I think she feels better. I hope she feels better. The days after these nights she scares better and laughs harder at guest screams and I can’t help but smile.”
