I went outside with my new hoops for the first time in.... months and months :/ On the one hand, I wasn't too bad given I've only practised a bit indoors with my tiniest hoops for the past 3/4 months. But on the other hand watching the videos back leaves a lot to be desired from me! This summer I really want to nail flowing with twins. It's just hard to find the time to practice along with other things. But I'm going to try and aim to get outside to hoop at least twice a week now the weather is better... I'll post a progress video when I'm not quite as shabby.

Trying to learn the Behind the Back Weave with 2 hoops is driving me crazy! But I am determined to get it. I can do each hand separately, but its making them flow together and not getting stuck/clashing behind my back which is tricky. Because its behind me I obviously can't properly see what I'm doing, making it harder to troubleshoot. Going to film myself from behind to try and work out what I'm doing! And continuing to drill, drill, drill... Doubles/minis take a lot of patience, I didn't quite realise how much. But I like the challenge.

Our first demo featuring mainly fire and a little sample of LED hoops at the end. It was my first time doing fire twin hoops and it was a little scary but "easier" than I thought. Tosses are pretty scary though. . .
