FINALLY Meet Futogoaritchi! Also known as Twinaritchi or simply The Twin Ants.

Species information: The two stay together for survival, but also they’re pretty good friends! Since they’re ants I imagine they have a pretty nasty formic acid defense. They might even serve a queen we don’t directly get to see as with most eusocial insects!

When they eat they take turns eating their favorite snack, a sugar cube! When they're happy they also take turns, often opening their huge mouth and screaming!

When they’re mad however, the two sync up and look ready to bite!

I wonder if they’re more like ants from the subfamily Dorylinae, the army ants, or Atta, the fungus growing leaf cutters? Or maybe even Myrmicinae, simple pavement ants?

Obtaining: Regardless of the taxonomy, to get the twin ants a lot of sources say to get the weight to 40 grams before they enter the cocoon as Imotchi. Then keep the temperature super hot. That never worked for me as I always got Koganetchi. What I did this time was keep the weight at 50 grams before they entered the cocoon. I never let them get attacked or beep for attention either. When they entered their pupae I set the temperature to Hot for 20 hours, then switched it to cold for the remaining 4 hours. And when I woke up I had Twinaritchi! Good luck to anyone trying to get them!

The twin ants are 7 now They'll be leaving me soon. I hope I can get them to 9 or 10 years old! They also sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 8 am which is weird.
