Another week of marathon training is complete. This year, if you look at run distance, I am trying to keep to the same schedule as last year. However, I am not keeping to the recommended pace when compared to last year's training program. My goal this year is to push my pace on the 5k runs, but take it somewhat easy on the longer Saturday runs. The days where I run four or five miles have also been slower. However, I might try to speed those up, if my body can handle it.
