Recently I met a rare soul, one who has the capacity to be innately happy, despite life’s situations. She sees me for who I am, too, and though I am grateful for that I am even happier for the world that knows her and will know her, and learn. 💜 We discussed the truth of happiness being a state of being, not just of having positive thoughts that may or may not lead to the feeling. Happy is a state of being the self, without inner mental resistance. FROM there, positive thoughts are a natural extension . . . not a mind-based creation. It CAN work the other way - willing ourself to have positive thoughts in order to feel positive, happy. But the easier solution is to get to your foundation of being wher you do not even need to think about who you are, as you are always being it ❤️🌹. Thank you @helenwonderful20s for the blessing of you. 💕 #happy #happiness #aware #awake #love #iloveyou #iam #weareallinthistogether #consciousness #heart #truth #vancouver #friends #loves #twins #twinside #lifecoach #authentic #enlightenment #gratitude #peace (at Vancouver, British Columbia)

A year before Jackie and I started Twinside we sat down and recorded a few of our favorite songs for fun. We thought it would be a great idea to give our friends a covers CD for the Holidays. We never finished any of them, but here is one of the songs we demo'd, and I may post some more if the even remotely sound ok
Our only rule was we had to learn and record it in 2 hours in garage band. This kept them all nice and simple.
