wow thats cool howd you do the 3D effect
im not sure 3-d is quite right but whatever it should be called its actually p easy!
first you draw the thing you want to get the affect (ex the top xephos from this drawing I DIDNT SAVE HIM SEPARATELY BECAUSE IM A DUMmY BUT THE RED JACKET ONE)
ok next copy the layer so you have 2 of the same picture. move the copy behind the first layer and shift it slightly to the right so that you can only see the edge.
With the copied layer, go into Filter>Hue and saturation (in paint tool SAI) Change the hue bar until the picture is completely different. It can be whatever color you want!
this is the picture w/o the first layer to show off the second
and thats basically it! Repeat it again to get the third layer
and you can add as many layers as you want or whatev there u go whoa hwoa
