Yep, that’s right. This girl is determined to slim down and get fit. I’ve challenged myself to exercise everyday. Today is day 10 and I can feel/see a difference in my muscle definition not to mention the scale says I’m down 10 lbs. woohoo! My goal is to shed 100 lbs of fat, and maybe gain some more muscle 😉 My routine isn’t always the same. this time I threw in the Tricep kickbacks and the bicycle crunches on the fly.
