I don’t think it is, just because we’d already seen a lot from it already, from pictures to some clips that Harry used as stage visuals during the tour. It’s not like it was completely new, just a longer portion, apparently. So I don’t know, it just looks unfinished to me. And honestly, the shade toward the studio in that tweet is pretty funny LOL.

I had this strange feeling when I first saw the new Louis' merch design, as if I had memories of a dream, an aesthetic, a mood that I had already seen. Then I saw the exclusive tour design and something clicked.

The clouds, the mountains, the geometric: Two Ghost MV.

so here’s my understanding of this storyline:

wherever this place is, it’s a utopia, beautiful and lush and a place that clearly evokes happy feelings, meant to represent better times and good memories. i imagine that the final version of the music video would have included a scene either at the beginning or end... or in flashbacks, to show the contrast between the good times...

and the bad times. because the setting then takes a turn... and this world is ruined.

it’s not clear if the destruction of this world is what causes the rainbow flood (like some kind of volcanic eruption) or if the rainbow flood is what causes all the doom and gloom, but it all obviously ties into the story somehow:

because the rainbow water is flooding his surroundings... i’m sure there are a million ways that could be interpreted. but it’s clear that the rainbow water somehow is tied into a change for the worse.

these sneaky clips from HSLOT show him being bathed in rainbow lighting / overlays that look like the “water.”

he picks up some earth, and it seems like it’s either soaked in rainbows and dripping... kind of like the ground has been so saturated in this rainbow water that it’s inescapable. inevitable. it has permeated everything, all of his surroundings. i feel like this signifies an irreversible change of sorts, but that’s just me - he just seems very pensive while he inspect it, almost like he’s reflecting.

but it’s seen a bit here, too, that the colors are inescapable and seem to blanket everything in his world. they ooze out of the trees, even. it’s everywhere

and then of course there’s harry, smack dab in the middle of a blue and rainbow landscape, looking... frustrated? anguished? defeated? certainly struggling. he looks rumpled and disheveled and like he’s hunched in on himself. there is absolutely some kind of struggle being presented here. is he powerless to the rainbow water? is the rainbow water his fault... a part of him, something he brought on? is he searching for his reflection in it? harry voice: we don’t know!
