How affectionate is Historia towards a significant other, and in what ways does she usually express her care and love towards them ? How does she feel about public displays of affection ? And is she the verbal type, or more action-oriented when it comes to her feelings ? :^)

Firstly ahhhh thank you so much for this ask!! I really enjoyed thinking about it and answering it, so thank you ;wwwww;

aaand I think Historia is a very affectionate person!! Part of that is justher nature, but as someone who barely received any affection (or attention at all) as a child, I think it’d be very important for her to show her love and affection to her partner. And I don’t think she’d get into a relationship at all unless it was something she was really certain about, and someone that she really loved, so…

She’s definitely very affectionate! Both verbally and action-wise, I think. She’d like to do things for her partner to help them out, and while she wouldn’t be a huge gift-buyer or anything, I could see her enjoying surprising her partner with gifts every once in a while. Things like spending time with her partner, listening to them and supporting them are other ways she might express that love… and I think verbally expressing her affection would be very important to her as well. Again, Historia never really had anyone (but Freida, who she was forced to forget,) to tell her they loved her for the longest time - and she’s been very affected by the things that the people important to her have told her. So words have a very important meaning to her, I think.

Of course, that shows in both just casual, playful words of affection and more serious, emotional ones. She’d definitely want to make sure that her partner knows that she loves them… as well as the reasons that she does, and that they know just how important they are to her! Very honestly, as well. Being genuine/sincere is very important to her, too.

I don’t think she’d mind public displays of affection - actually, she might even enjoy embarrasing her partner a little at times haha ;w; But more intimate and personal shows of affection I think would stay private. ( Maybe that much is obvious, though… )

Having written this out, I feel like I kind of just ended up saying that she’s very affectionate in All The Ways lmao… :’))) but again, I think she’s a very affectionate person!! 

Of course, this is in the context of relationships, but - I also think it’d take her a long time to get into a relationship with someone at all. Like for Historia to really understand her own feelings, and to understand and believe in the fact that her partner loves her too - it would take a long time. I don’t think she’d get into relationships without really thinking about it, and I can see her being quite indecisive getting to that point… so when she does get into a relationship with that person, she’d be a lot more confident about it, if that makes sense??

Either way thanks for asking and i’m sorry it’s so ridiculously (TWO MONTHS…) late. :’)))) I really enjoyed thinking about it though, so thank you!! ;w;

green growing things.

“Oh! Kido! Look at the flowers!” Mary claps her hands together happily, surveying the little garden she has growing in the dan’s backyard. “I-I wasn’t expecting them to take to the heat this well, but they’re stronger than I thought...”

There’s a collection of colorful plants practically blossoming all along the walls, circling the perimeter in a technicolor, fireworks explosion - minus the fire, of course! She starts pacing amongst them, her hood pulled up, and she seems to be trying her best to avoid getting sunburned. Her skin’s not made for this sort of weather!

Though the heat felt nice, she has to admit.

“Seto brought them back from his job, s-so I promised him I’d grow some...What do you think?”
