"Moooother~" Excuse Hemera while she tackles Nyx with a hug. "How have you been?"
She had to tolerate the sudden affection simply because--this was her child. Features softened just barely as she sighed out, a hand lifting to press against her head. "I've been fine, Hemera. And you?"

One thing Remi will never be able to grasp are these human holidays. Making cookies for some guy who came in your chimney? Expecting presents? Ha! What a strange custom. "Oriana--!! Why do these cookies have to be shaped like snowflakes? You can't even see them. And this--!" At that, he held up a leftover cookie shaped like a reindeer, only for it to break in half and fall back onto the counter. "Who wants to eat a cookie shaped like a damn deer?" The customers were all for the cookies though, practically eating right out of the palm of Oriana's hand. And unfortunately for Remi, he was the one stuck cleaning up all the left over goodies after the cafe closed--him and Oriana. Just as he was about to take a few bags of flour back to their rightful place, one fell from his arms and completely covered the floor in a white sheet that rivaled even the snow outside. "Shit."

"So, would you like to call me King or Mr. King?"
twoautumncolors replied to your post:casually using jeneva’s faceclaim to ask everyone...
(I see your playing cards verse, I have a muse that uses cards as her weapons. Could I have them interact?)
;; YES OF COURSE. Who would you want Luka or Alexandre?

✮·.·´¯`·.·✮ Only having some slight rays of sunlight reflected onto some golden strands, a light cold breeze waving around while a beautiful colorful picture was surrounding you. Just the perfect time for the young student to actually leave his own rooms to enjoy the weather as well as the atmosphere. He was lucky the weather seemed to have changed already, discovering the few fallen leaves on the ground. He now even wore a scarf around his slim neck, a huge jacket wrapped around his body. Like that he was able to walk around without being scared or frightened because of anything.
First he just start running through some leaves, kicking them into the air as he end up sitting beside the neares lake, observing the few ducks which where swimming within the water. Such peace really calmed the boy, even took away his huge ball of fear he carried with him all the time. But now he just enjoyed nature while dipping his right hand into the water from time to time since he liked the feeling of cold water instead of hot weather which was finally gone. For others a bad loss but for Toyo just perfect.

As days passed, Remi soon learned that memories soon blended together along with them. People's faces repeated, names sounded a bit too familiar, and nothing stood out anymore. There was a time though, years ago, when each moment was precious to him, all due to one person that he barely ever spoke of anymore. There was no need to; she was long gone. Her life had been stolen from her by time, and Remi grew to hate the concept, to hate every second of every day. Now, as he walked through the halls of the local university, the angel could care less about the many young humans that passed right by him, not even knowing that they had a second chance at a new life. The large door of the lecture room let out a piercing creak when he pushed it open, green eyes scanning the room for any open seat available. Instead, they locked onto a girl, one who was a bit too familiar for comfort. Slow steps led him to her. Though with cluttered thoughts and many questions, it was becoming increasingly difficult for Remi to remember one thing--this couldn't have been her. The seat beside her was quickly taken by him, and before he could even catch himself, her name had already escaped him. "Oriana."
