♥️ DRAGON AGE & ART CHALLENGE ♥️

My dream is to host something during the last months of 2025 dedicated to my favorite game series, especially because December 4th is the unofficial Dragon Age Day. Therefore, I invite everyone who wants to join me in participating in a creative challenge.

THEMES

"The Anchor… it calls to me." / "The world needs heroes."

Duration: November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

November: 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th December: 4th/5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, 31st

The challenge is designed for posting a piece of work (art/sketch/text drabble/collage, etc.) approximately every 5-6 days until the end of the year.

You can follow the schedule, complete the challenge quickly, or post less frequently—whatever works best for you. You don't have to create something for every theme; you can choose selectively.

The goal is to spend time with a beloved story and its characters without pressure and to unite like-minded fans.

RULES

At the beginning of the challenge, starting November 1st, please repost this announcement to the platform where you will be publishing your works (preferred but optional).

Create any piece of art inspired by the suggested themes – use any materials and techniques of your choice.

Topic 1: "I have known loss before."

"Yena wishes with all her heart that she and Tamlen had never found those ruins in the forest. Things could have turned out differently and they could have been happy."

The next topic, according to the plan - on November 7th!

That encounter with the darkspawn in the camp didn't seem unusual to me at first—it had happened before at one of our overnight stays—but when Tamlen appeared among them, my heart even beat faster in surprise. Throughout the entire game, I didn't expect to see him and thought his vision in the temple would be the only thing I'd encounter. As Mahariel, I put him out of his misery. For me, it's a very tragic story, with many "what ifs." Because it wasn't inevitable, like prequels like Tabris or Cousland. It was a coincidence, perhaps a stupidity, or a tragic accident.
