𝜗ৎ | since being in pomefiore, epel’s tendency to let his anger get the best of him has improved. he would start fights with just about anyone, trying to prove to himself and the other students that he was stronger. however, with the help of his housewarden and vice housewarden, he had come to learn that there are strengths in other areas than just physical. these teachings, sadly, go a bit out of the window when he gets jealous…

a man had approached you randomly when epel and yourself had walked out of the convenience store, a bag of snacks in tow with your names written on them. “hey, sweet thing. wanna go out later?” the man had asked.
you didn’t particularly feel like dealing with someone like this and were just going to laugh it off, but epel wasn’t having it. “what’d you just say to them?”
“i’m asking your friend out, sweets.”
oh goodness. you thought epel was about to explode into a billion tiny pieces.
an incredulous expression formed on his face, his hands clenched into fists at his sides. “sweets?!” he practically shouted, nearly echoing throughout the small plaza.
the man gave him a soft smile, “of course, honey.”
epel was definitely telling his non-existent therapist about this, this would haunt him for life. but for the love of everything, you just couldn’t stop yourself from snickering to yourself next to him. this poor guy was going to get the shock of his life.
“i’m a guy!” your boyfriend exclaimed, earning him a laugh that had escaped from behind your hand
the guy stopped immediately, “…what?”
the two held a staring match, epel glaring while the guy just looked dumbfounded and lost all at once. then, a “scram or i’ll rough you up!” came from epel and your interruptee ran away.
“scram?” you wheezed, though he still looked a bit shaken up. that interaction had come as a surprise, and caused him to react in a way that didn’t exactly reflect who he was anymore. he probably felt ashamed. a gentle hand was placed on his shoulder, “stop worrying about what that guy said, epel.”
he continued to glare in the direction the guy had ran off to, releasing an annoyed huff. “fine.”
“you’re handsome when you’re jealous.” then a quick peck was placed on his cheek, causing blush to appear on his face. “let’s go to the cafe, then we can head back to the dorm and see what your grandma mailed you.”

alice had been observing from afar for some time now. the way that student from marinafinne was being far too comfortable with you despite that discomforted look you shot his way. he simply wouldn’t relent despite this, so he decided he had to act.
he approached the scene carefully, trying his best to hold in that frustration that was seeping out. he reached out to gently hold your hand, and spoke in a firm tone. “could you please refrain from being so close to my partner, sir.”
“we were just getting to know each other-”
he quickly and sharply cut them off with a narrowed glare, “they are clearly uncomfortable.”
the student only gave him a dumbfounded look, as if it was so appalling that this short blonde haired boy was talking to him with such attitude. a sigh left the said blonde’s lips, and he removed his hand from your hold to cross his arms. “you wouldn’t know the difference between a hedgehog and a croquet ball, now would you?”
“what?”
“you look like you wouldn’t know the difference.”
he only continued to give your partner an odd look, more concerned by the cryptic comments than what the initial issue was. he pointed a finger towards him, “you should leave this guy and come with me. he’s a total weirdo.”
yes, alice was a total weirdo. he was a daydreamer that lost himself in what if’s, a scholar who wanted nothing more than to observe the world’s most potently poisonous mushroom, and an adventurer who wanted to see every corner of the world; even places no living being should ever go. those factors to others would of course seem mad, but to you that was just your alice. “riddles and odd sayings are good things. it makes life a little more interesting.” you argued.
your coming to alice’s defense seemed to make the boy more wary, and so he laid the last blow. “please leave. do so before i have to find your housewarden to escort you.”
as the boy practically sprinted away out of fear of your partner, you turned to give him a sly grin. “was that a bit of jealously i was sensing from you, alice?” you teased, nudging him a little with your elbow.
his eyes widened, then he turned his head in the other direction with his chin held high. “i don’t get jealous. it’s ungentlemanlike.”
“even gentlemen can get jealous, hon.”
his face was burning a bright red that rivaled a tomato, but he didn’t deny the statement a second time.

I flip flop constantly on either is a lazy genius, a average boy just trying to live his life (and nobody wants that for him), genius but an airhead and anything in the spectrum of that.
But let's leave that nebulous part aside to deal with most hypothetical stuff lol
We can bet his childhood will be a huge part of backstory just for the sake of mirroring Riddle, so I'll work with this to imagine that maybe Alisson doesn't know the name of some basic normal day stuff. Not bc he's dumb but because there wasn't interested adults around him to teach him that stuff, they're worried about other things (themselves, his academic achievements), so "why the boy needs to know what a broom is?"
He's a bad company for Rielle to learn about the surface objects names bc Alisson gave them names on his own. Broom is "dog's beard", butter toast is "butterfly bread" and he'll say those things and sometimes wonder why people look at him weird or confuse him for a child at the market
Put on his clothes backwards sometimes so he takes twice the time to get to class on bad days. And got tricked once in his first year by Chenya who gave him a broken clock. Alisson never bothered to check if the thing was working, Chenya never told him to use it as a alarm...
Got so late in his first day at school that he ran out of the dorm in his pajamas. He managed to remember to bring his bag, the books, whatever else he needed... but the uniform... thank goodness his colleagues are supportive golden retrievers, he would be dead in any other place!

I thought it would be clever to subvert the trope and instead of being a boyfailure in his spare time, he is a certified perfect boy at random things and times. Leave his opps mad af and keep them guessing, which are too funny for him
When nobody wants to take out the trash, he'll do it silently and effectively from every single room and the kitchen, leaving behind things that are obviously next to the can by accident and shouldn't be thrown away. His colleagues think the dorm is haunted, which makes it so worth it!
With the same ease Chenya will trick, he'll teach. So for every broken clock he gives Alisson, he'll convince him to brush his teeth or eat veggies bc doing these things will complete his "alien transformation and evolution" (they watched the same cartoon growing up)
An absolute sweet heart with lost children <3 He guides them to a responsible adult, help them call their parents and makes silly faces to make them laugh and give time for the responsible people to arrive
But won't do the same for anyone from high school to 50s. Old enough to have a cellphone, old enough to use MagicMaps. Switch again for old people and guides them safe to home bc he wants to minimize the karma of his old gramps getting people lost on purpose
He's his gramps but younger so, he was taught etiquette, manners and the art of trickery from the OG himself.

Based on the mix between Nala and Simba, Nalad's boyfailureisms are also unexpected just like Minajael's but it still exists
Sometimes he gets the wrong food at the cafeteria bc he was looking at something for such a long time, the kitchen staff seemed to get disappointed that he was refusing that dish so now he has on his plate a thing he wasn't looking for, don't think he's going to like, just for random pressure
In moments like this, Nalad pavlov-ed himself to stomach some weird dishes that puts the table on full concern mode. Watching him eat a pea soup was hurtful but by the 40th spoon, he was managing to swallow without looking like he was being attacked by hyenas
Not all the time but in very distracted moments, he'll fall in whatever or whoever in on his way. Not very romantic bc did you see his height? And he's probably carrying papers or something heavy. He'll profusely apologize later
While not all lions, and therefore beastfolk lions, hate water, they usually avoid it bc swimming makes them slow and clumsy, the fur gets heavy so it ruins stealth and it's just not what they're used to. Basically: Nalad hates rainy days and swimming lessons (obligatory subject in military academy at all levels) for all those things
His humor will sour when his hair is wet by rain or he can feel the particles of water running down him. Oh, the shudder! He also hates him swimming form and hates even more the fact that once the Royal Family visited the middle school cadets during swim lessons and he's so sure the Second Prince only woke up to see him give the worst performance of the afternoon!

We already dabbled on Rielle and Alisson must be separated when doing "above surface discovery" time. But what does Rielle do on his own?
Asks very embarrassing questions to anyone, with a straight and expectant face, dying for reasons and answers, but he basically just asked "what's the difference between boxers, briefs and shorts?" in the middle of breakfast
That being said, clothing customs was one of the most fascinating aspects coming for land. He was the most eager guy in mermaid training camp and the one that doesn't shut up (the experts love and hate him)
Like... you put on clothes that will be under other clothes that in some places are fashionable to put under even more clothes? Humans are so fascinating!
If a delinquent ever tried to make Rielle smoke, he would have his cigarette blown up to his eyes bc Rielle thought that, since the smoking pipe is an instrument, a cigarette is a small flute. It's very necessary to have or Nalad or someone taller and stronger to take him away from the fight that's about to blow up

The boy, the moment, the legend, the reason we're here!
I already commented in my expectation that he's trying to get rid of his out of touch mannerisms and get to know the common, normal people... which isn't always easy
Sometimes, Minajael will do a "rich guy" thing and threaten to buy the local store just bc they refused to give Rielle extra pickles for his sandwich. Then he stops himself, "I can't do that, I don't work, that would be using taxpayer money!", and it's when Rielle offers "oh, I could buy it!" and they get into an argument over abuse of tax and well-being of locals above anything that the owner gives Rielle his pickles
Minajael is mortified coming out of the restaurant about being spotted as being rich. Riddle doesn't get it at all.
He always has the best material to work on anything. Even when he tries his best to buy things himself, minding the price, he's still in the more or less 1k category
Once Neige gave him a flute hand-sculptured on wood for holiday week and Minajael gave him a expensive silk jacket after saying "it's not much but I hope you like it!"
... that thing could buy at least a small car. That's how not exactly expensive but still not so easily affordable it is.

What hasn't been said over the fact that Neige is naive due to his inspo from Snow White? Well that's quite obvious. I feel like he's also the definition of well meaning but not always well timed
I thought about how book 8 is after May, so Vil's birthday already passed but imagine after book 5, Neige wanted to send him a gift basket just to rekindle but he only knows Vil from his mayo eating days. So the basket basically has apples, flowers, sweaters and carefully crafted and packaged vegan sandwiches with lots and lots of mayo <3
One of the problems that I think people could cause for Neige is that bc nobody wants to see his puppy eyes cry, sometimes nobody corrects him on things... so he keeps doing things like these
Back to that, once the group was passing by the neighbourhood and Neige saw a funeral service. Megboy and Minajael went with him bc he likes to give his respects and comfort in moments like this but they felt something was wrong
Neige greeted and comforted every single person there, with warm words, nice gestures, he just brought flowers and when he finally got to where the casket was... it was empty. "Where's the person?! Somebody took the body!!", almost nobody said anything. It was Megboy who had the courage to say "Uh... this is a funeral service sample, I think"

Either Megboy is too tech inept due to heavier Ancient Greece motifs in his dorm that he thinks wires are an absurd thing ("we need wireless cables, Idia" "are you hearing yourself, you normie infected zombie?!") or he's so tech centric that analog is a obscure matter to him
Once Merrylad caught him trying to pass a book page by sliding his finger, like a tablet. So he breathed in "this is not a epub, this is not a epub"
Or sometimes he forgets this type of normal stuff exists to begin with. Imagine his computer needs to charge but he has a essay for tomorrow. He's pacing around the lounge, wondering where could he find sources of knowledge to use for his text...
Needs to leave a message for someone? Don't have their contact or your phone is dead? Oh, if only you could just leave them a text on a surface right there.....
Then later that day, when Megboy is so close to sleep, it comes to him the solution: "THE LIBRARY AND A NOTE!!" thank goodness he sleeps alone in his room
Also he hates horses. Nothing makes this man more wary than a equine of any species. Not even death makes him shudder. Only horses. Will unironically start arguments with said horses, in horse language, like "we invented cars for you to become an obsolete specimen" and everybody of the equestrian club needs to rush over to stop him from getting killed

Has the opposite problem of Megboy. Bro is not only analog, he's medieval analog. Everyone's battery is dead? Let's send a message via pigeon! That's how they did and it never killed anyone. That would require that Merrylad can't use magic in this situation
Then he'll suggest is simply doing a sending paper spell (as if it's something that anybody under 100 yo could do)
Now after a suggestion like that, you would think he's incapable of being a boyfailure. Think again. Anyone can be a failure, they just need to do their best!
At the same time Merrylad is the epitome of medieval analog, technology could either scare him or be utterly fascinating
Once the grade was able to visit a facility which had those doors that open by themselves, due to tech, and he's losing it over that stuff. He's going in and out, in awe of how machinery could archive something only the best Fae Houses could have back in Briar Valley! And the security is like "excuse me, Mr. Boy, stop going through the doors" "boy is you, lad. I have [redacted] years. I could've changed your great-gramps fabric diapers"
He's a boomerfailure, more specifically. A grampfailure if you will.
What are the culinary capabilities of RSA characters? I have a few ideas and, as always, they're based on hcs or callbacks to their counterparts and even twists, if you will~
Twst!Alice: 5/10. Cooking isn't his thing, tasting anything and everything that comes his way is. Fond of weird food and weird combinations but can't really bring himself to think of making all of them. He likes to be surprised, not to surprise.
Twst!Nala: 8/10. Certified carnivore here, ofc, so his dishes are mostly made around meat, be it red meat, poultry and game. Pork is his all time favorite. Vegetables or general greens are mostly for decoration but he won't run away from eating it. There's a famous urban legend underground cult that supposedly ate bugs... that's certainly something he can't get behind.
Rielle: 7/10. Rielle wants to study the whole art of culinary more than doing it himself because above shore culinary seems much more interesting than his usual royal Coral Court meals. He's competent enough with recipes and loves cooking meat. But Rielle won't eat seafood for anything in the world. When he goes out with friends, they avoid seafood restaurants at all costs out of respect (and fear of a nervous breakdown)... which is hard because they live in an island.
Minajael: 4/10. This is very frustrating for Minajael because he is following the recipes word by word, consulting terms he isn't familiar with (most of them, since they never left him pass through the palace kitchen door), solving his doubts... so how it is that his dishes look kinda good but the taste is basically nothing or downright absurd?! What is he doing wrong? Is this a curse? (it's taste testing, Mina isn't used to it and forgets to do it during the cooking, only remembering after it's done / you could fit a bit of angst here if you like, regarding taste testers and his palace life)
Neige: 9/10. Being the family caregiver since childhood has it's perks (and tragedies) but Neige utilizes it all during cooking. And he really likes it. Cooking is relaxing for him, so even if there's a room of people melting down over all the small details, there he is, Spongebob-style, with a spoon doing things at his own pace. The "love is the secret ingredient" kind of guy. Pastry expert and certified soup artist. His only suffering is having to admit someone's cooking is not so great (Mina/Alisson/MW). Chances are Neige is going to be there, barely able to chow down that thing and being like "Oh, did you all completed the papers for tomorrow?". Neige's also an advocate for allergy warnings on dishes! Can you really imagine accidentally poisoning someone's food like that?
Twst!Megara: 7/10. Honestly he's actually a 50/50 in consuming fast food and good real healthy food. Depends on the day that he's not feeling the kitchen and it's his day to cook on the dorm. He'll cook for everybody but pick from his secret stash for his own meal, bc now all his energies to eat dropped to 70% and snacks are easier to just consume. But his cooking is good enough, no warrants for complaints but you won't ascend to Olympus with how good it is. Also an avid supporter of collab food promotions but won't be caught dead with the products irl.
Twst!Merryweather: 5/10. His cooking skills are very mid but it's because doing anything without magic is a slow and gruesome process he's still going through, even after three years of school. At least it tastes fine and edible. What's more important than that? He's very intrigued by the existence of artificially made "blue food". ("It's chemicals", I can see Megboy explaining nonchalant, "And they can kill you." "Cool.")

So, Meg boy over here, I can’tt. Like the pose instantly made me aware that this wasn’t Hercules lol (besides the curled strands). Like you know he’s got some cynical sass, and like I need to see how that plays out yk. Also I just don’t care for Hercules at all (both Disney and especially the myth) so I’m happy it’s Meg! Meg, Hades, and Phill are the movie.
Especially since Megara in the film was in debt to Hades and was “on the villains side” with complications, so having a new RSA character based of someone that doesn’t follow the same hero/princess path is so interesting and like others have said ur reminds me of Silver, Rook, and Kalim.
So I’m interested to know more about Meg boy and why he chose RSA or how does he fit in his dorm especially as housewarden.
But onto his design (from what we can tell lol) I feel he would have the same type of feeling as Leona, in the sense that he prefers clothes that aren’t that stuffy and allow for easier movement and flexibility.
I’ve seen some theories fluttering about Meg boy’s past because of Meg’s backstory herself but idk I’m conflicted. I don’t see his “debt” (if he has one) to be about a cheating ex , I think it could have romantic implications but I think his backstory will be spun so it’s not exactly the same to fit better for him as a character.
Because Meg’s backstory of heartbreak hits harder for her because she sacrificed herself to save her lovers life and he abandoned her and chose another woman. And Idk if Meg boy can relate that intense of a backstory lol, could be wrong, but I can see his backstory involving betrayal. But maybe not “the girl I wanted ran off to someone else” type of betrayal. If that make sense 💕
As for being involved with Idia, I’m not adversed to the Olympus inc. connection but I hope it’s something else.
I do agree though I can see him in the next update , but that’s mainly me wanting him to appear because I’m desperate atp lol but I do think Magicshift is a good guess

I’ve seen some people saying RSA!Alice/Alisson could be next but I feel he’ll be in Maze sprint (reminds me of Alice running to escape wonderland lol) plus I feel he has techniques up his sleeve that aren’t cheating but mainly using his short height to his advantage, just like Alice would.
All in all I’m very excited and I can go back and forth about many of them !

Yes, yes, yes! Remembering that each boy receives a letter to go to their school but as we saw from Leona, Kalim and even Malleus & Lilia, they're on their free will to accept, it is a good question what in RSA catch Megboy's eye? Or maybe it's something else?
The comparision to Leona is very good! especially since he's the only RSA silhouette with that same vibe of nonchalant and sassiness.

Any interaction that they could have together would be very hilarious bc of this scene lmao When I was even searching for it, it explained that Zazu "predicted it" bc he has a throwaway joke about Scar becoming a nice rug and... there he is. ☝️🤓 Acktuallyyyy we saw him being eaten off-screen by the hyenas, in the middle of a fire, so chances are it's not really Scar and just the Nemean Lion
But truth is, the animators just couldn't let the opportunity slip from their hands. I get it! I'm also one of the people for the betrayal backstory but I agree that it could be romantic or friendship, bc a betrayal of trust is a betrayal. But if he has something else, it would be interesting just the same! Twst sometimes gets really inspired with their tale retellings

I hope so too. It's just... Olympus Inc. would fit a more main-Hercules character, even if Megboy probably will mix the two (as we see from the others). But we'll see!

Based on the events of the tournament, sadly we won't get maze sprint but I feel like Alisson could go well in Mystic Mortar or Seeker's Gathering, so he'll probably accompany either Neige or Merrylad. Now it occured to me that if it follows that line, they would be going together by movie release order (the "renaissance" ones: Rielle & Mina, possibly Nalad & Megboy / the oldies: Neige & Alisson & Merrylad)
But we need the next news to be certain on that. Just four more days suffering with expeculation!

I was worried with my predictions for him bc I was making him have the expectation to be a problem child (and he's the most mysterious out of the 7) BUT I LOVE THESE KINDS. He's the classic "Oh I could punch him but I know where he's coming from, we need to have tea later" lmao
Besides, Merryweather is a gutsy so her boy should be just as headstrong as her. The little bit of his wand being taken by the animals is funny lol
I'm sure since he's probably a diurnal fae, maybe he can have a better relationship with woodland creatures but that doesn't mean they couldn't annoy him lmao Even the animals think he's the adorable younger brother who needs a little bullying here and there!

And Rielle have a thing with his voice ? Maybe a spell who charm people by singing or healing them like Ariel did with Eric in the movie

I do have lots of ideas, from my old hc files that were dramatically sent off to space after a dumb mistake I made in my browser (so rip </3) but I'll do my best to remember them! But yours first, my darling~
First of all, I really liked the ideas you gave! Like Alisson with a power related with time would be very overpower as a whole but really, really fire as well!!!!
In my old hcs for Alisson, I had two ideas for Unique Magic:
Rabbit Hole (as well): he could travel from a place to another by this circle-portal that would appear on air, hence the name. His current hardships at school is that he's still learning to control it but the portals guide him to random places sometimes.
Eat Me, Drink Me: based on the sizing up and down shenanigans, Alisson could pinch his ears and change his size. One ear would make him grow, the other would make him shrink. That's because my Twst!White Rabbit had the first UM, so in a revision, I changed between them.
Sadly I never had ideas for Nalad bc I was in my peak delulu back then, didn't think they would make a Simba dorm for RSA, was pushing hard for Beauty and the Beast, and thought of a UM for a Twst!Belle. But if I get around to have inspiration, I'll make a part 2 of this post with new ideas!!
I really liked the concept of Rielle using his voice! And for healing? That's a perfect combo right there and I can see they at least using Rielle's voice as a focal point in the magic
My initial UM had the spell "Part of Your World" but he could locate people through an object and the finder would look like a shell opening. That was before book 6, when they introduced that Rook's UM was basically that but since them I hadn't think of anything interesting for Rielle... </3
As for Minajael, my initial UM was related to Jasmine being trapped in a sand hourglass, so basically Minajael could manipulate sand............ and that was it. I even forgot what I called it for how basic it is. I even watched the movie again but still thought it was too simple make him trap people in said sand hourglass. It's sound... weird and villainous, since it would be projecting back a thing that made the heroine suffer

I know I promised to not apologize for overtyping but the bias here is so clear lmao Okay, my idea for Neige's UM was "Whistle While You Work" and he could project astral animals (sort like the HP patronum), that would look like the forest animals Snow White befriends, and they would mainly work in defense of their mage (or allies) in battle
But here's the thing: in a hypothetical scenario that Neige overblots, the animals assume an aggressive instance and turn into predator animals, like wolves, foxes and instead of his cute birds, he has vultures at his side. THE BIAS MAN THE BIAS
Never had ideas for Megboy as well bc my RSA placeholder for Ignihyde was a Cinderella dorm. So RIP Nalad and Megboy, you guys will have to wait for a part two </3
Merrylad is obviously a color changing magic called "Happy Colors" bc, in a concept draft or commentary, it's stated that Merryweather original gift for Aurora was joy. Basically Merrylad could change the color of things but unlike normal color changing magic, the effect were more time longstanding. I admit it's kinda dumb when you think about it... uhhhh, thinking about spells are hard sometimes!
Especially for fae characters bc their magic is already slightly superior to everybody (it's Idia complaining again and again about how op Malleus is)
But if you had any new ideas, please share them again, Your Anonymity <3 I would be happy to hear even other suggestions!
I made theories on which events the remaining RSA dorm leaders could participate and debut.
I based them on the tournament events, the characteristics of the characters they are based on, and the possibility that the overblot victims might compete in the same event as them (unless there are some exceptions):
🐰 🍄 🫖 Alice aka Auraream dorm leader: Mystic Mortar . This event fit in the exploration theme as Alice is known as the Innocent Adventurer. Riddle could do in either of these, plus if Vil is on Mystic Mortar it would be a team-up of dorms based on queens.
🦁 🌞 🌄 Nala aka Privalo dorm leader: Magical Shift seems the obvious choice, especially since Leona will most likely debut there. Plus judging by Cloudcalling event, it's most likely this character will be related to either the royal guard or familiar with Leona's family.
🍎 🐦 💎 Neige the dorm leader of Charblanche: Seeker's Gathering. I know that I said Vil could be on Mystic Mortar, but this event is also an option, unless it's Rook the one who takes that role, imagine him competing against Neige once again. I mean come one you've seen Whistle While You Work, it's obvious Neige might be good with animals and that's why they would choose him to compete in an event related to animals.
🪽 🌷 🏛️ Megara aka Psycheros dorm leader: This one is tricky since they could fit for Mystic Mortar or Magic Shift, especially if they are geniuses like Idia's dorm. But if they are based on Meg, and to reference Hercules's hero training, they could also be good in sports, the total opposite of Idia. Plus imagine the irony of Idia being placed in a physical sport.
🌹 🧚♀️ 😴 Aurora('s guardian fairies) aka Rosauroria dorm leader: Seeker's Gathering. The guardian fairies and Aurora lived in the forest so it seems like an obvious choice. Lilia is already competing in Relic Labyrinth and Malleus it's hard to tell which event he'll compete because of his magic condition (the broken horn that helped with his magic) so he could only rely on physical strength which I think could put him in Magical Shift (much to Leona's chagrin unless they miraculously compromise on a truce). So I think Silver could be in this event, since he is an animal magnet, and the theory due to the fact Silver is based on Aurora and the dorm leader will be based on one or all of the three fairies, it could be possible that the Rosauroria dorm leader might be related to Bladeville (or Leila's family) or the Dawn Knight Guardian fairies and might try to convince him to become a prince again or to transfer to RSA.
So in conclusion :
Magical Shift: Privalo and Psycheros
Mystic Mortar: Auraream
Seeker's Gathering: Charblanche and Rosauroria

But I like and agree that both Riddle and "Alisson" could be of great help in this scenario, given that it requires intelligence and perception. And a little recklessness if needed lol but I also think them on Seeker's Gathering wouldn't be bad, per se.
Anyway the pattern is going to be [2, 2, 2 & 1] or [2, 2, 1 & 2]. I feel like Neige is certain bc they're pairing up each villain to his hero.
If possible I would make a post discussing the odds of these games bc they're very interesting. I say that bc, as much as I love Neige and wouldn't mind he winning all the time, for narrative purposes, he needs to go against Vil and lose so maybe Vil completes his character arc (for all his loses, he'll win something after all this time and by his own talent, not poisoning anybody lol).
But I'll talk about Rook vs him later~

For the longest time I was certain that Leona is 100% lock in for Magift but sometimes I fear it's only 99% lol Just sometimes! Recaping things recently made me realize they acknowledged book 2 a few times lately, so I'm now wondering if they'll really let Leona get what he wanted (esp bc Malleus might in be the last event and his powers are currently in shaky grounds)
But I'm almost certain that he's gonna play in Magift, so Nalad feels also like a certainty. Maybe they'll explain the decision through a flashback? Would Malleus point to Leona to take his place? Pre book 7 I really wanted them to play together but this could also be nice~~
Again, we're never always 100% sure with Twst. We can be in a few things, like things that have basis on pattern recognition. But predictions as they are? Always a 50/50...
Now onto Nalad! Since Nala isn't considered a royal by blood, I think it's likely Nalad's family has something going on to be familiar with the Kingscholars (in this, the og movie gives us a basis), so military background is possible.

Coming back to Neige!!
Rook fulfilling the prophecy and competing against him and winning (the hunter follows on his orders 💔) would be a great scenario in and on itself, packed with story themes. But as I mentioned, it's more likely that Neige is paired against Vil for the sake of the plot...
But bc it's only four events and a lot of boys, there's a slim chance Rook could be with Vil in MM (since his science club/hunter knowledge would also go well there if he isn't in SG). So maybe it's not entirely impossible? I think the idea is very interesting!!
I do have a (crack) theory on the importance of the fact that it's a game with magical beasts and how Silver would be the best pick for SG lol
Important reminder that they are just a tad different from normal animals, so it's a factor to consider in theories!

We've been discussing lately if Megboy is likely to accompany Nalad to Magift instead of Alisson. I wasn't sure bc it would break a narrative rule bc Idia was already shown in the training for this specific event. But... luck isn't always at my boy's side 💔 The moment Leona hears Idia found a intellectual cheat code in Magift, he'll drag the otaku by the hair to the field/j
But in case it's really Alisson in Magift, Megboy could go very well in the other events. SG would be a particular nightmare for him and Idia if they inherit their character's bad relations with animals lol

That being said, you made another ask with this last topic specifically and I did mentioned passing by in this ask about Merrylad.
In that reply I'll elaborate and discuss more, hopefully knowing the full context of the update (bc some of the questions pertain to details revealed there and I want to know what I'm talking about and have it fresh in my memory) but just here, in summary, just to calm everyone's worries:
I don't think Silver is going to go to RSA. Even if, if!!, some character tries to talk to him about him, chances are that he'll stay with NRC and Diasomnia and the RSA characters, if in this situation, will be like "it's okay, it's his wish and all" bc it's what happens in these kinds of stories. Twst is dark but not that dark.
Besides, this is like the fear people had of Lilia dying in book 7. They're both part of the major cast, dying or getting out is off limits lol
For the sake of brevity, I'll also talk about again about Merrylad's possible intentions in that ask. After getting the full translations of the update tho! (that and there's a important irl stuff this afternoon for me so I probably will be off again) So, I'm sorry I'll have to ask you to wait for reply in that ask as well 😔🙏 But don't worry, I'll answer properly!
