They guy who played Sonny in the version of In The Heights I saw ending up becoming a rapper. He's the reason that my head cannon for Sonny is tall, dark with a crap ton of hair. He's really sweet and we tweeted back a forth a couple times, partially about his acting career, his new music, and him auditioning for Lafayette/Thomas. He played Sonny so well, he's the one that made him my favorite character. His silly and vaguely teenagey personally really fit. I have also spoken to the guy who played Graffiti Pete. He's an amazing dancer and very cool.
