in the club freaking it like this
Currently watching "Nasty" just after the scene where Neil comes in wearing Rick's dress, and for me it shows him as a trans man who doesn't want his flatmates to know.
I feel like since he passes so well, he didn't think to tell the others he's trans and would just come out to them sometime later if he felt comfortable. But, due to their nature which is essentially hating each other (but also loving each other really), he repressed his identity as to not make it a target for a potentially insensitive joke. Hence why I think he reacts so negatively when he sees the dress, because he doesn't want the others to know he used to be a woman.
Furthemore, I still think he has the dress thanks to another headcanon I saw on the @tyo-confessions page, which theorises that it was a gift from Rick's mum that he kept if I can remember correctly. I like the idea that he keeps it because it was a gift, and he seems to have a more stable relationship with his family than the rest as he mentions in the final episode he was going to spend summer with them.
Essentially, I think Rick is a trans man who very much didn't want the others to know in order to avoid ridicule.

'You've vaporized my only friend, haven't you, Rick?' 'No, I haven't.'
do we know how rick got his blue peter badge?
vyvyan: hey, do you think I could fit 15 marshmallows into my mouth?
rick: you are a hazard to society.
mike: and a coward. do twenty
