To celebrate @treatyoshelfday this month, I continued my subscription to LitJoyCrate since I otherwise wasn’t planning on spending much this month on books, and had no time to clean my shelves or anything. This month’s crate is wonderful - the book is Iron Cast by Destiny Soria, which is a book I have heard much about and am excited to read. And included in the crate are a mini book of Poe works, a Poe-bookmark, a sample of tea inspired by Iron Cast by the First Edition Tea Co. called Boston 1919 (I tried it, might be a little too much elderberry for me - makes it taste medicinal), a music-note shaped tea infuser, a ‘bloody’ lollipop (to go with the theme of the box, which is ‘Blood Magic’ and also Halloween) that has a mini bone candy inside it, and a violin necklace that supposedly has meaning to the book so I can’t wait to read it and find out what that is! Definitely one of the better boxes I have gotten so far!
Oh no apparently when I scheduled this I put 9 instead of 10 so it was scheduled to go out September 27th instead of October 27th. :(
