“SFxy” was apparently a term in the 1980s to describe attractive heroines and villains in sci-fi from tokusatsu, a mash-up of S.F. (the acronym for Sci-Fi) and the english word “sexy”. Saw this word come up a lot while scouring for anything useful in Uchusen images on the search engines. 

Guess it was trendy from 1984-1989 and then just died like most decade long fad slang.
