on the topic of booktok/tropes they like, SO MANY of them like dark romance with morally grey love interests (which i love!)… who are so mean to the main characters + degrade them esp in sex and i’m like. no. no i don’t want that. why are all of their recommendations that. where are my morally grey men who are completely and entirely devoted to their lover? where are my men who are hard to everyone but their baby?? why does it always have to be heavy degradation and meanness and enemies to lovers and hate sex, it makes me sad :( i don’t want to read that stuff :(
