16th-17th November Madrid Spain
FROM HIP-HOP REBELLION TO POLITICAL ORGANIZATION DE LA REBELIÓN DEL RAP A LA ORGANIZACIÓN POLÍTICA
Conference to Built a Youth Afroeuropean Organization
Conferencia para crear una organizacion juvenil afroeuropea CALL
During the last 10 years we saw black REBELLIONs in all Europe (Sweden, London, Paris, El Ejido Almeria, Tarrassa ). The youth wing of Pan-Africanist Federation in Spain (FOJA) call with another sister black youth organizations an AfroEeuropean coalition of black youth to bring back, black youth in the political solution. This conference is very necessary to unify our entire work for reparation and consolidate our understandings and our future and doctrine. THE PAN-AFRICAN Youth CONFERENCE is parts of 20th Spanish black national summit, to Build continental Coalition come from all over the Europe. This meeting is for Coordinate Commemorate, Evaluate, Organise to Liberate our black youth ! The afroeuropean youth Riot is there are not just only rebellions in Husby Sweeden, but all over Stockholm, Madrid, London, Barcelone, Berlin, Amsterdam, Lisboa, Roma etc....The afro youth are the most affected by this neocolonial and capitalist crissis situation at the vanguard of this are the REBELLIONs in Sweden Riot 2013, London Riot 2011, Paris Riot 2005, El Ejido Almeria Riot 2000, Tarrassa 1999, Los Angeles 1992, Sicicinatii 1997. The level of Black youth opression grew up BUT CONsCIENCE TOO in all over Europe. In some places, our youth have been organized and build organization such AJAMU, GUETTO, PANDKA, WADU or FOJA.This is a demostration that: yes we can defeat the opression!!!.
After these rebellions we must built a political response. Because the Rebellions are the expression of the crisis of the Negroe elite and the institutional racism at the EU Comission, FRA and hundred of Durban Declaration enemies. Black youth are oppressed in their relationship with the state and uncle toms. We must to change Our relationship with both. As Dead Prez said: police is not in our community to “serve and protect” as many people is taught to believe. They e are there to keep us away from our resources and in order to do so they need to keep us in check. Since imperialism is in crisis, they are desperate to hold on to the stolen resources, which belong to Africans and other oppressed peoples of the world. The crisis is obvious. Every 100 hour an African youth is being killed by the police in the EU. The French invasion in Mali is a sign of the crisis. The European military basis in Haiti, where they kill African men and rape the women is a sign of the imperialist crisis. So, the resistance in Husby is not an isolated thing. Peoples all over the world are resisting colonialims. To be able to overturn this rotten system the oppressed peoples must organize, wherever we are located. This were the uprising of the youth. The uprising happened after the police cold bloodly killed an African descendent. In the same period the government had closed most of the youth clubs and youth unemployed is one of the highest in the Europe. Police harassment of our youth has intensified. The uprising demonstrated that youth are able and capable to organise and to resist the face of oppression and fight like true militans. We cannot stand a chance against this system if we talk about integration, information consummer or racism and believe it will end the oppression. We must be able to talk about power and the significance of it. If we don’t have power over our own lives we won’t be able to determine our own destinies and live a free and prosperous life!. We are not guilty but we have a responsability to change this reality. We need vision and revolutionary organization that organize that Coordinate Commemorate, Evaluate, Organise to liberate Afroeuropean youth !
The participant in this historic process and moment We: Black youth organization from Portugal, Spain, UK, Denmark, Holland, Germany and Senegal will participate to built A coalition " BLACK youth IS BACK: Afro-European YOUTH COALITION".
