Current feels 😶. I felt absolutely defeated in today's workout. Got my leg depletion out of the way...but MAN! 😣 it really took a lot out of me. Thank goodness for my sweet buddy, @beastmodemanda, by my side killn' it with me 🔥🔥🔥💯. . What a typical depletion workout looks like for me: ▫12 sets for each muscle group ▫15 reps for each set ▫usually split across 2 days (I like to split the body up for 6 sets for each group... full body styled and then do it again the next day 😁 to equal 12 total from each group) ▫💀💀💀 . LOL.
