Rosa and her Otto (now in an adequate lineart). This awesome couple belongs to the Earth-2312y. As the Ultimate Spider-Menace, she works with Octavius in a heroic tandem to save NY. He is the mastermind, and she is the "oh, fuck, what was th-" who takes down the bad guys. As Rosa, she just loves him. As simple as that. Wait, it goes for her alter-ego as well! Our boy Otto gets all the love and care he has ever needed. It takes one wink and "Hey there, Doc." to melt his genius heart. Fun fact: she saved his life. Not just once. Or twice.
