J: Not giving up
This is definetly the hardest thing I have ever done. I have learned so much and come so far! I can not and will not give up on my journey.
So far, the road has been rough and tough, but things are looking up. After 3 months of having house guests that eat junk food living with us, we finally have our apartment back to ourselves. This news came with some disadvantages though. I made a box of kraft mac N Cheese yesterday for lunch and consumed the whole box by myself. It tasted SO good, but the after effects were devestating! I lost all of my energy and passed out at my desk several times at work. I couldn't think and I couldn't function. I will never eat that stuff again. The hardest part was telling my wife when I got home. She seemed so dissapointed in me. I let her down, but I also learned my lesson.
I want to share some resources with you guys, because I finding them to be very interesting. I love listening to audiobooks whenever I can and I have found some great ones to listen to!
The 4 Hour Body is a great read. It looks at health, fitness, and nutrition from the perspective of a number cruncher rather than a scientist. He talks about weight loss, muscle building, nutrition, sex health, and sleep health. I can't wait to put some of his ideas into play.
I have only started this book, but I am pretty into it already. Mark Talks about how your mind behaves when your body is unhealthy, and how to make that work to your advantage. I can't wait to get through this.
Weight update: 323 down from 350.
