In one continuous motion, #rowing works my legs, core, back, and arms. It's working to correct my posture and to optimize my breathing. Even the repetitiveness is valuable #MentalTraining. Excuse the bad video quality but it's tough getting good light at zero dark thirty lol. This morning was a crazy confusion. NOT everything goes as planned, but I think that's what separates the ones who accomplish their #goals to the ones who just continue dreaming about them. Routine was set for a 5 am playground #workout, BUT, by the time @crystalseaver and I finally got out of bed, it was 4:52 am! The AHHHHHHHHHh effect kicked right in and we revamped our plan immediately! We took turns in our downstairs #gym instead to make sure we could both get our #sweat 💦 on. Ideal-Not so much! Made it happen - ALWAYS! Be flexible with your plans friends. ALWAYS expect the unexpected. This way when it happens, which it ALWAYS does, you'll be ready vs shocked and thrown off. Still working on my NO Rocking motion, but I'm getting better and learning more tricks along the way. NOTE to self - squeeze them dam butt cheeks! Lol.
