15, 16, and 20 your choice :D
ooo, I'm going to pick dare for these questions :)
15: What is your oc's fatal flaw? Dare has a lot of flaws, its tricky to choose his fatal one. He doesn't like being told he's wrong, he clings to certain people a bit too hard, he jumps to conclusions and then acts on them before he actually thinks through the situation all the way. This actually leads to him almost really hurting one of his friends-- he receives distressing news, he thinks he understands the situation when he doesn't, he latches on to a notion of justice that is mostly revenge, and he tries to act on it. But it's okay, the key word here is almost. He doesn't actually hurt anyone, but he gets close.
16: Is there anyone your oc has lost contact with? What happened? There's really only one person close to Dare who he's completely lost contact with. Margot, Angelo and Dare's childhood friend, was abducted in 1981 (i think? I need to check my notes lol) and despite their best efforts nobody's seen her since. This is actually the driving force of the plot in the beginning of their story. Getting superpowers opens up a second chance to find Gogo.
20: How quick is your OC to shift blame? Do they own up to their mistakes, or are they prone to start pointing fingers at others? Dare is terrible at taking responsibility for his mistakes lol. Usually he tries to deflect it with a joke or something, but frequently the issue is a little bit too big to just brush off. He gets cagey and avoids conversations about his mistakes, he changes the topic, and if he can't escape the conversation he pulls a disappearing trick and just uses the ghostspace to vanish. Obviously, this puts some strain on his relationships. He's not a very easy person to be friends with, but when it matters he does come through. With great effort and unwillingness on his part, but he does almost always come through eventually.
Diane's height has been so inconsistent every time I've drawn her, but when I drew her short for that christmas post I did not like it. So she's gonna be medium-tall probably from here on and henceforth, which makes Vera the shortie of the group lol
not to mention her Guardian form...
Gadget, testing her new memory-erasing amnesia ray: "Hey Dare, look over here." Dare: "Hm?" *the amnesia ray going off*: FWOOMP Dare: *blinks dazedly* Gray: "Gadget, you can't just test stuff on random people without asking. That's unethical." Gadget, fiddling with the settings: "Okay. Hey Dare, willingtestsubjectwhoagreestothisexperimentsaywhat?" Dare: "What??" FWOOMP. Gray: *facepalm*
Vera is so cool
