Oh, that was her alright. Inuyasha regards the stranger carefully, openly suspicious. Just what was she? If it weren’t for the overpowering smell of bat, he’d assume she was just a regular girl dressed up as a monster.  “So you’re Koumori,” he begins, voice gruff because honestly there wasn’t much thought put into presentation. “I’m movin’ in. I’m staying in Kagome’s room. If you got a problem with that----well, we’re just gonna have to work it out.” he crosses his arms, offering her a basket of pastries and freshly cut flowers.”'Cuz I’m not takin’ no for an answer.” It was probably a good thing Kagome wasn’t here to run damage control; his face would be nailed to the floor already. He sticks his nose up, one eye focused on the other’s impending response.

      HER   fingers press a little tighter against the ceramic mug, absorbing the coffee’s warmth as her gaze flits from the chair to the stranger. It seems to be a common thing in this place, having to share tables or chairs with strangers; it’s like they didn’t expect the influx of people they themselves whisked away. 

           ❛   ... Is it noisy in here to you ?   ❜   Weiss can’t help but ask, gaze lingering on their ears. She could only assume they were Faunus... But she knows just from looking at them that were that the case, their hearing would be more advanced than even Blake could imagine. It was a question born out of concern... And maybe a slight inkling of curiosity.
