Silas stared at the rather large male in surprise, looking him over before carefully pulling him into his house. He tilted his head before walking downstairs to grab his medical bag.

He came back up, looking over at him quietly, looking him over, up and down before nervously laughing. 

“So.. Your name? I’m Silas!”

The mage was just looking at her phone, and didn’t noticed Barnaby staring at her before he reached a hand out to her face. Just when his hand actually came in contact with her face, Lilli finally noticed, and... literally jumped a little given that the sudden touch came by surprise.

And then the woman just stares at Barnaby for a long moment. She isn’t really... used to being touched. Especially in the face. And surely didn’t expected it from him. he really didn’t seemed like someone who is all touchy...

“ ...... Uh.... Are you feeling touchy today, Mister B? “

She finally spoke, and tried to sound jokingly and to smirk a little to cover up that it made her jump for a moment.

With his usual charming smile, Karl answered that comment with apparent glee, getting close without any considerations about the stranger’s personal space - studying and walking in circle around him, barely lifting an hand to bring Arma, at first patiently sitting on his finger, to rest on his shoulder. You don’t see visitors everyday, after all, and someone who’s clearly not a human is always a pleasant surprise!

“Not on the statue part, of course... but our boss doesn’t seem particularly into the idea of hiring anyone anytime soon, you see? Too many paychecks, I assume!” he continued, as cheerful as ever, even daring to nudge the man a little bit “I happen to be the local guide, in fact! But... to be fair? You don’t really look like the tourist we’re used to see scurrying around here. It’s mostly rude teenagers trying to sneak in during the night, nowadays.”

      This poor guy. Ivan must’ve really made him jump if he’s annoyed like this. And it is already so rude of him to open a portal into someone else’s space. He usually tries so hard not to do that. But here they are.

      “My deepest apologies, sir!” He stepped out fully, using the cane of his to gently tap on the wall to close the portal. “Sometimes traveling like this can be pretty finicky! I’m glad it didn’t open up on the ceiling or anything like that.” He said, smiling up at the void-being in front of him. Somehow it reminded him of a creature back in one of the tournaments.

      “As for what I am, I’m the Guardian of Hope and Salvation! The name I go by usually is Mr. I or Mr. Inverted. A pleasure to meet you, sir!” He said as he tipped his hat to him.
