A headcanon for the reason Evan Sabahnur hates Canada is because of a 'prank' Fantomex pulled on Deadpool.
Since Evan was grown in a tube, they needed some sort of intelligence to teach him things, since he would age fast, they needed to just push a bunch of information for him so he could leave his tube already speaking and shit.
And the brain they used? Deadpool's, for some reason. But he kept pestering Fantomex and calling himself Evan's mommy. So Fantomex made sure to implant on Evan a deep, deep hatred for Canada and anything involved with that country. So Evan will randomly go around hating Ryan Gosling for his friends.
Also, Evan says he's from Kansas and his parents are from Egypt, his friends are confused about why he doesn't have an accent as much they're confused about his hate for Canda.
