In tweets between me and @RSPCTtheScience in June 2015, he mentioned that Uncle Nigel reminds him of "The Most Interesting Man in the World" from commercials for Dos Equis beer. (These commercials end with the advertising icon saying, "I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis.") I had been meaning to make a meme with Nigel as the Most Interesting Man for a while, and I finally got around to it now—in September 2017.
