Here's some facts on the guy:

-Vic is a 1958 Plymouth Fury, born in Thomasville Alabama.

-he owns a radio station in Carburetor County. Blud lives out in the middle of God knows where.

-he has a brother, Slim Slick, they fight. Constantly.

-has adhd. Worst impulse control known to man

-firm believer that ghosts are real. And aliens.

-him and Doc are complete opposites in a way, but they have similar pasts. They both have a background with moonshine (which vic had been arrested for..)

-changes his paint job like every 2 weeks

-loves old rock n roll and country music.

A thing I like about not being able to drive and using Lyft is meeting sweet old men with strong uncle vibes, and talking to them about their cars and their grown kids.

I hope these guys are going to be okay. They might be drivers just to have something to do, but they might be people who can't retire.
