still emotional about how On Brand mccree was in the christmas comic, straddling that line between hilarity and tragedy like a champion existential rodeo rider
#i feel like that's like his Whole Deal#if you look too closely at him he's really fucking sad#but he also has a belt buckle that says 'BAMF' on it and took his hat with him to a UN meeting#(his hat with cartridges along the hat brim)#getting black out drunk in a bar during christmas b/c you left your sort-of-found-family right before it all went to hell#and you have nothing else?#obviously horrible#doing it dressed as your fabulous cowboy self while sombra looks ready to facepalm in the background?#undeniably funny#anyway I have a lot of feelings about jesse being really smart and really weird someone pls take care of him#(listen assholes if ANYONE calls him a fool in anything it better be himself#b/c I'm pretty sure hanzo is intelligent enough to realize that jesse mccree survived almost forty years in the overwatch world#fighting among supersoldiers and freaks of science and murderbots and other superpowered stuff#while armed with nothing but a six shooter#flashbangs#some sick roly polys#and his wits#like I'm sorry it's such a disservice to both of their characters and I don't want to see it#...welp I guess that's enough alienating half the internet for one morning I'll show myself out)#overwatch#mccree#my favorite child
