Holy shit.
It’s been over a year since I wrote the prequel for Underfeel. (And I still need my time on other chapters but schoooool T^T)
Either way, for a lil event, yall can put in ask about how you/your oc would interact in Underfeel. For all asks about this, I’ll tag them with #1yroffeel. No deadlines, and have fun!
Underfeel Ch 5: New Home #2
Me and Ola find it very simple to go through each puzzle, though the little skeleton was on to something. “We made it to Snowdin. The actual town, I mean,” my ghost friend says, while I look around in awe.
“The people here seem very friendly, a lot more better than some others I met here.”
“Matter of fact, your observations are correct,” a masculine, wise voice says. I turn around to see a man who looks a lot like Sans and his brother, except he’s very tall and wears a black version of a lab coat. I see Sans’ brother hiding behind his leg.
“My name is W. D. Gaster, but please just call me Dr. Gaster. It seems you’ve met my son Sans, haven’t you?”
“Yes, I have, Dr. Gaster. He’s quite the comedian. Is that his brother over there? I didn’t quite catch his name.”
“Hi, I’m Papyrus, but I go by Paps!,” says the little child. He seems very excited to meet me and Ola, or he’s just extremely hyper.
“Hello there, little one. My name’s Ola.”
“Hm, you seem pretty cool for a ghost girl.”
“Thank you, but I think you’re the coolest here, Papy.”
Papyrus’ eye lights lit up in adoration to Ola’s words.
“Thank you!” He quickly says. “Dad was planning to house you two until something big happens!”
“The kid’s right,” Dr. Gaster admits.
“None of us mind, so sure,” I answer.
“Yay, more time with the ghost girl!” Papy exclaims as he starts to lead us to his home. What a cool kid. Maybe he forgot that he was talking to a human, or it’s all part of his plan. Who knows?
Underfeel Ch 4: Welcome to Snowdin!
The weather seems pretty, but cold. It reminds me of winter, where kids would be playing, only for it to end early the next year. Here, due to no sunlight, it probably remains cold all the time. It is called Snowdin for a reason. A tiny voice interrupts my thoughts. “Don’t you know how to greet a new pal? Turn around and shake my hand.”
As soon as I turned and touched the figure’s hand, a whoopie cushion released all its air.
“Sorry ‘bout that,” the kid says. He has a baby blue beanie with a blue and purple jacket, black shirt, and black shorts with white stripes at the sides.
“The name’s Sans. What’s yours?,” he asks.
“Nifemi.”
“Nice to meet you. I’m supposed to be on duty right now, but I’m too lazy. You’re lucky you didn’t meet my brother.”
“How come?”
“He’s a human-capturing fanatic. Since he wants to show the underground that he’s brave, he wants to capture one.”
“Oh, ok.”
Sans points to another skeleton, whose a bit shorter than Sans.
“That’s him right there. You should go hide behind that lamp.”
I run over to the lamp and hide as Sans’ brother walks over to Sans. As those two talk, I feel someone tapping my shoulder, except that someone is a ghost. I slowly turn around to see a ghost-like girl black girl with long twists and blue eyes. “Hey,” she whispers.
“Hello,” I say in my mind. “Who are you and what do you want?”
“The name’s Ola. For your second question, I want to get out of the underground.”
“Huh, same goal.”
“Do you mind if I tag along on your journey?”
“Not at all.” Ola disappears into thin air, but she can still speak in my mind.
“I’m still here, don’t worry.”
A few moments later, the small skeleton leaves and Sans calls out to me.
“Hey, you can come out now.”
I step out of my hiding spot.
“Your brother is very…excited for capturing a human.”
“I know, but Papyrus is still the coolest bro. Also, keep watch of his puzzles. He recalibrated them not too long ago.”
“Gotcha. Let’s just hope they ain’t too hard.”
Underfeel Ch 3: Does it Really Hurt You That Much?!
“Child, where are you going?” Toriel asks concerningly. “I thought you knew better than to snoop around here.”
“Sorry, my curiosity got the better of me,” I explain.
“Please, stay here for your safety.”
“I can handle myself, thank you.”
“I don’t want you getting hurt.”
“I know, but I can defend myself. I’ll be fine.”
“This is your last warning, my child. Stay here.”
“No thanks,” I reply sternly.
“If that’s what you want,” Toriel says blankly. Why is she so persistent?!
She aims multiple flames at me, but I dodge them quickly.
“Child, you need to stay here for your safety.”
“I don’t think so,” I respond, standing my ground.
“I wish I didn’t have to fight you to fix this, but if that’s how it’s going to be, then so be it.”
“You didn’t need to fight in the first place!” I exclaim.
“My child, what do you mean?” Toriel asks.
“Violence isn’t the answer to every problem. If you realized that, you wouldn’t be fighting me right now,” I explain.
A few minutes of silence pass until Toriel finally breaks it.
“You’re right. We shouldn’t be fighting. I know how capable you are; you can take care of yourself even in the hardest times. So go ahead, just please stay safe.”
As Toriel moves out of the way, I walk over to the door, ready for whatever happens next.
“I will,” I say reassuringly as I step through the door and into the snowy forest.
Underfeel Ch 2: Another Day, Another Monster to Fight
I woke up to the delightful aroma of butterscotch pie wafting through the air, filling my room with its tempting scent. It was early in the morning, and I couldn't help but wonder who would be baking pie at this hour. Then it struck me - it was Toriel. She loved to bake pies, and it was no surprise that she would be up early in the morning to create one of her delectable treats. I had been craving pie for quite some time, so this was the perfect opportunity to indulge in Toriel's delicious creation.
Quickly getting ready, I made my way downstairs, where I found Toriel taking a freshly baked pie out of the oven, humming a cheerful tune as she worked. "Good morning, my child," she greeted me with a warm smile.
"Good morning, Toriel," I replied.
"How was your sleep, my child?" she inquired.
"It was good. And yours?" I asked in return.
"I slept well, thank you. I've made some pie," she said, beaming with pride.
"I could smell it baking from my room, and it smells delicious," I told her.
"Would you like to sit at the table and have some?" she offered kindly.
"I would love to, thank you," I replied eagerly.
Taking a seat at the dining table, I eagerly awaited a slice of the freshly baked pie. Toriel handed me a generous portion, and as I took my first bite, I was reminded of how incredible Toriel's pies truly were. The taste brought back memories of when I first arrived here. Finishing the slice, I found myself pondering about the locked room and the mysteries it held. What secrets could it possibly contain? Perhaps it held treasures or even a passage to Snowdin. I had heard many stories about the quaint village, and I was curious to find out if they were all true. Venturing back upstairs, I decided to explore my room and stumbled upon a drawer filled with intriguing items - a key, a shotgun, ballet shoes, a notebook, a frying pan, a knife, and a glove. These items must have belonged to the humans who came before me, and I couldn't help but wonder about their significance and purpose.
Picking up the key from the drawer, I hurried back downstairs, determined to unlock the mysterious door. As I turned the key in the lock, the door creaked open, revealing a dark, foreboding hallway. Without hesitation, I stepped into the darkness, making my way down the hall until I came face to face with a towering door that I believed to be the exit of the ruins. Just as I was about to reach for the handle, Toriel appeared, blocking my path and leaving me in a state of shock and confusion.
