Delta Nu Sorority Estate

Here is Pride Month Build #2. There are 4 Floors total (3 + a basement).

7 full size bedrooms. The Top floor bedrooms are huge because they are for the President and the VP. The ground floor is reserved for the secretary’s bedroom. There are 5 Bathrooms total containing: 8 Showers, 4 tubs and 9 toilets. There is a Spa Room, Yoga Room, Massage Room, Gym, Laundry Room, Pool, Bar, Game Area, Hot Tub, Reading Nook, Pantry, Living Room, Huge Kitchen/Dining Room and plenty of space.

I recently created rainbow sims and they were just TOOOO CUTE not to put in my actual game. I needed a place to put them and I immediately thought “Sorority House! Let’s put them through Uni and just enjoy cute faces strolling around town during gameplay”. I checked the gallery and there were tons of sorority builds, all beautiful, but none that fit what I needed, I wanted these cuties to have their OWN bedrooms, decorated to match their colors, and I wanted them to have full size beds like the QUEENS they are. Soooo in spirit of this I said “What the hell,” and got to building. 3 days later I ended up with this awesomeness and am glad to share it with you guys! Find it on my Gallery: QuiGamesYT
