In short and/or summery:
In one of the runs before killer fully became killer, the angel was curious on what his soul looked like so they took it out of him to look at it. Proud of the discovery they kept going with these runs. But after a few more, leaving to sleep and leaving killer alone, he was curious on his own soul and how it looked like now so he ripped it out (kinda like Kris in deltarune Yknow). Once seeing the soul and how it has changed, looking back at what he has done he thought he couldn't forget what he has done and so he let his soul float in front of him so he can see and be reminded of the sins and death he has cost.

Also I drew the angel as a soul with wings Becuase I like the head a non that the angel can change shape at anytime
