Let’s Talk About Undertale: Multiplay

*inhales* No one ever talks about this series but I just remembered it and I just need to yell about it for bit.

(as of right now all episodes of Multiply have been privatized, this video was not uploaded by the original creator)

There’s this series called “Multiplay” that I used to watch- It was a sprite animation series that acted as the actual game- but instead had two players (hence the name). And it was AMAZING! Both of the players had very distinct personalities, even when they were simply souls, and there was an added mechanic of the Frisks being able to use their turns to communicate with eachother instead of just the enemy-

And not to mention that the OST is also slightly altered for this series as well! 

The story gets pretty dark when it hits snowdin and the episode with Dogamy and Dogaressa was the most anxiety inducing thing ever-

Honestly though I’m just devastated because the original creator privatized all of the videos for this series- I praise everything that I was able to watch as much of it as I did- this series was amazing- I’d recommend it to everyone, but with all but one episode missing proper english subs, it makes things more difficult to watch-

However, I’ve compiled a list of the episodes from various sources if you want to watch it, though warning- none of these have proper subs- I’ll put it under the cut.

What programs do you use?

저어가 쓰는 프로그램은 플래시랑 골드웨이브랑 FL스튜디오랑 포토샵이랑 그림판이랑 메모장이 잇어요 - HUGE

I use Flash, goldwave, FL studios, Photoshop, paint, and notepad. 

How long does it take to make Undertale : Multiplay?

애니메이션 AU는 7~8분 분량이면 순수 제작시간만 200~250시간쯤 걸리는 것 같음 - HUGE

Animation AU takes about 200-250 hours to make 7-8 min of it.

BGM arrangement?

어레인지는 걍 청음으로 악보따고 악기만 맘에드는걸로 갖다끼우면 되는데 악보따는건 걍 하면 되고 악기 선택이 97%쯤 중요해서 줫같음 - HUGE

The sheet is there so I just have to pick the instruments I like and fit it in the music. But the importance of the choice in instrument is about 97% compared to the actual arrangement so it fucking SUcks.
