The movie was focusing more about Charlie's personal life than his career so there was not that much of great performance but I think Robert tried his best.
Yeah, I heard the movie itself got decent reviews, but Robert's performance was met with praise, and I think he won a BAFTA for it, which is pretty cool. ;)
It's not because of the movie itself .. But I just noticed that "Oona Chaplin" or "Talisa Stark" .. Is Charlie's granddaughter and she was named after her grandma .. Also her mother played Charlie's mother in "Chaplin 1992".
Riight, I see. I knew Oona was Charlie's granddaughter, but it is quite amusing that his daughter played his mother, or her grandmother. Also, Robert Downey Jr. as Charlie seems pretty awesome. Have you seen it?
