Highly Anticipated Cookbooks Delayed Because … They Probably Sank

The supply chain has literally collapsed.

Mason Hereford’s Turkey and the Wolf has been a sensation since it opened. In 2017, Bon Appétit named the New Orleans sandwich joint the magazine’s Best New Restaurant. Its much-anticipated cookbook was supposed to be released February 15.

Unfortunately, it has been delayed. Because all the copies sank.

There are problems you can anticipate, and then there are problems you cannot anticipate. A problem you cannot anticipate might be: “All the books are at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.” And yet here we are.

Write a piece in which something a character didn’t expect becomes a big deal.

I like to make a list of rules for every project I work on. These usually help each project have its own identity, but I’m starting to have trouble with one project.

The key rule behind it is that all of the art assets are either directly taken from the public domain or are public domain images that I’ve modified in some way.

And man, the public domain is surprisingly lacking in some areas.

Or maybe I just need to find some more sources.

I definitely need a better tool for making GIFs though.
