(Undernovela) I've heard French and Spanish share a few similar words, and am kinda glad i took French in high school; it may not be perfect, but at least I can somewhat understand you.

IJT’s Home for Imaginary Sanses

((Just for fun, I wanted to write about this AU more!

The IB Sanses here would work similarly to the friends in Foster's; they'd become real as soon as their creator decided to have one. And when his creator abandoned him, a Sans would enter a "heartbroken" state. So all of the Sanses in the house would have unzipped hoodies (or something similar) except for these two:

Sansy the Pooh (Mr. Herriman): My Sans, who is nothing like Mr. Herriman. His still-glowing heart is something of a symbol of authority, but he's not much of a leader. He mostly just checks to see that everything's going okay.

Blue (Bloo): The house's newest resident, with a special arrangement that prevents him from being swiped up by any other human as long as his datemate visits him every day. As an Underswap, he takes pride in his adorableness.

But they wouldn't be the only characters. We'd also have...

Sin (Eduardo): A Fell-Novela fusion created to have a tough guy image, but he's the softest skeleton to ever have that red/black color scheme.

Paps (Wilt): It's not the fact that he's a Papyrus that makes him unusual; IF Papyruses are accepted here, too. What's strange is that Paps is completely lacking in that signature self esteem, constantly apologizing.

Temmie (Coco): We're not sure how she got here. She's not even a Sans, or created to be anyone's datemate. But she could be the key to finding out the secret to non-skeleton imaginary creatures.

I noticed something interesting about the main four imaginary characters; they're all examples of unusual cases. There's an IJT's resident who isn't heartbroken, a fusion, a self-conscious Papyrus, and, well...Temmie. This AU is really coming together!

Novela! (Undernovela Sans' nickname :D) I've got good news for you. There's two of then actually. First, since I'm a Filipino, and my grandparents are half-Spanish, I can understand some phrases and words you'll say. Second, I might be taking Spanish classes. Te amo!

¿de verdad? ciertamente son buenas noticias, mi corazón. a veces temo que mi pasión esté perdida en la traducción.

((Requests for kisses aren’t all that common, especially not when compared to hug requests. But if you’re thinking about sending an ask like that, know that each Sans reacts a bit differently!

Classic IB Sans gives you a peck on the cheek, unless you specify otherwise. If you need comforting words, too, he usually saves the kiss for the end.

Underfell hasn’t done this before and doesn’t want to hurt you, so, after some hesitation, he’ll very lightly tap his face against your cheek. If you specifically ask for one on the lips, he’ll be extra careful, but once he knows you’re comfortable, you’ll feel more warmth.

Once Underswap starts, he won’t be able to stop. Expect every sentence to be punctuated with a smooch somewhere on your face.

Bara, whose official height is “probably taller than you,” bends down to give you a kiss on the top of your head.

Outertale also prefers the very top, because he gets to float up to reach it. If you picture him shorter than you, he may lift himself off the ground to smooch your forehead or nose, instead.

Mob interprets the request, even if it doesn’t specify, as lips to lips(?) contact. He holds it for a couple seconds, but that’s it.

Undernovela, on the other hand, will attempt to pour all his passion into a single kiss. Since he’s imaginary, neither of you have to breathe, which he uses to his advantage.

Reaper will be very hesitant; you’ll need to assure him that you’ll be fine, and since he’s imaginary, his powers will have no effect. And even then, he’ll start light. Maybe with your hair (if you have any), since that’s dead anyway. Or someplace with clothes on top of it.

Gaster likes to tease you; he’ll slowly lean in to kiss you on the cheek but actually get your lips, or vice versa. But don’t worry; if you tell him not to do this, he won’t.

Cheshire’s also one for surprises; at first, you might think he’s just going to noze nuzzle you, only for him to prove you wrong. Or he’ll hesitate (“oh, i don’t know…”), then suddenly teleport behind you and get you in the back of the head.

This isn’t all of them, but you’re free to ask about any of the rest.

And I’m thinking of allowing them to “kiss your heart” (sort of how you can kiss theirs) by pressing their mouth against your chest, right where your physical heart is. But I’m not sure yet.
