Uh, so. I think I wana do Sailor Pluto for Halloween this year. Meaning now I’m thinkin about making a staff... And I am extra excited about that. But not about a wig. But do I wana dye my hair a -sorry- hideous green? Dark colors look good on my skin tone but it is SUCH A STRUGGLE to get the soft brights back once you go dark ;.;
