Kyuhyun Is Falling Back, Once Again!

Super Junior's Kyuhyun is coming back this November with his third solo album! Not only is he giving fans what's bound to be another sensational album, but he's going to be performing a song from the new solo album in the next couple days! He’s slated to perform a total of four shows from his concert titled “Autumn Memories: Story of a Writer.” He’ll be performing songs from his first and second solo albums, as well as the new material from his third album of which the title has yet to be disclosed. There will be two shows in Seoul at Ehwa Womans University from October 29-30, and two shows in Busan at Bexco Auditorium from November 5-6. If that wasn’t enough to get Gamers (one of his many self-named fan titles) riled up, he just released a video talking from the set of his new MV! The link to the video is at the bottom! He talks about his concert, his fans, and his feeling that the new album will be “a masterpiece,” of which we can be sure he’s confident in because he’s working with someone who is not only one of his idols but a renowned musician and composer, Sung Si Kyung. Mamamoo entrou na cena do K-Pop em 2014 com a sua faixa de estréia Mr. Ambiguous, com a participação de grandes estrelas como Bumkey, Baek Ji Young, Wheesung, Lee Jong Hyun do CNBLUE e muitos, muitos outros. A canção de estilo retrô e o vídeo deixaram sua marca com sucesso nas paradas, garantindo a elas os prêmios Rookie do Ano no Seoul Success Awards e Novo Artista do Ano no Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards. Com sua estréia sendo apenas no ano passado, Mamamoo já estão virando cabeças e ganhando a atenção de ambos os fãs de K-Pop e ídolos igualmente.

Solar, Whee In, Hwa Sa e Moon Byul desde então têm estabelecido novos padrões para si mesmas com seus vocais poderosos, estilo único e vídeos clipes divertidos, e mais uma vez provaram sua popularidade com o novo álbum 'Pink Funky'.

Pink Funky marca uma mudança no conceito para Mamamoo, quebrando completamente o estilo Jazz com o qual estrearam. O vídeo clipe para a faixa-título 'Um Oh Ah Yeh' apresenta a rapper principal Moon Byul vestida como uma tomboy e sendo cantada pela vocalista, Solar - antes de ser revelado que Moon Byul é na verdade uma menina. As outras garotas também podem ser vistas usando maquiagem pesada e aparência masculina enquanto representam seus próprios papéis humorísticos na história.

A música em si é divertida e extremamente cativante, com alguns impressionantes alcances vocais demonstrados pelas meninas. 'Pink Funky' era o tipo de retorno que você esperava?
